Procedure to Request or Re-schedule Games or Practices

Must be submitted by the Manager(s) ONLY to their respective Player Agent(s).

• If a Manager wants to make a practice change request, they will need to contact their Player Agent.  Once confirmed by the league, it will be added to the schedule and an approval email will be sent to the coach.

• If Managers are wanting to change a game time, they need to work with their respective Player Agent to ensure all coaches are good with the change.  Once everyone is in agreement, the Player Agent will let the league know and it will be adjusted into the schedule to reflect the changes. The league won’t make any changes unless the player agent has confirmed it.

Please include Team name and Division when submitting a change.

For example: 
(Good) Please schedule the AAA Yankees practice on Field 3 Saturday from 10-12.
(Not Good) Please move Sean’s practice from Monday to Tuesday
